You're looking at the newest addition to our neighborhood, and she couldn't be any cuter. Say hello to Sylvie... an adorable 3-month old, eight pound French Bulldog. Sylvie's new parent — Howard Rooks — also couldn't be prouder.

Howard tells us Sylvie should grow to about 18 pounds. She has quite a prestigious pedigree and comes from from a top breeder near Ft. Lauderdale.
