| Kathryn Duncan and Bob Carpenter, Legacy of Valor Luncheon |
Lido Shores neighbor Kathryn Duncan attended Thursday's Legacy of Valor Celebration hosted by the Junior League of Sarasota. The luncheon, at Dolphin's Aviation Hanger, honored veterans and featured Keni Thomas, a survivor of the Blackhawk Down episode and recipient of the American Patriot Award.
Kathryn sponsored the attendance of several veterans and Lido Shorian Carol Williams worked on the luncheon as part of the Junior League. Carol passed this along to us. See more event photos by Rod Millington in Friday's Herald-Tribune link:
