We love Lido Shores and may be buying a different home here shortly. Therefore, we intend to put our home at 1150 Morningside Place on the market. But first we wanted to see if there was any interest in the purchase of the home within the community. This original Sarasota School of Architecture home was designed by architects Ralph and William Zimmerman and has been lovingly restored, updated and impeccably maintained. The home lives much larger than its listed square footage due to brilliant use of space and the addition of a large breezeway which serves as another gracious living area and is not included in the square footage.
