Dear LSPOA members and Lido Shores Residents:
LSPOA is
instituting a new communications and alert system to help augment our www.lido-shores.com website and to keep
Lido Shorians informed in the event
of a storm or other time sensitive events. The notification system is One Call Now, a service that gives us the ability to send
text, email and/or phone messages to our residents.
You’ll soon be receiving a phone call from One Call Now. The call will
explain how you can Opt IN to receive LSPOA
text messages. You are already enrolled in the phone and email portion of the service. Cell service
providers now require group members to agree to receive text messages from One
Call Now before we can contact you by Text
using the One Call Now text messaging service.
We all get lots of solicitation
calls, so that’s why we wanted to give you a heads up to pay attention to
this one. The One Call Now phone call will come from an 877-number, with the message: “This call is from LSPOA.”
The call will explain what to do
if you would like to receive Text
Message Notifications from LSPOA to your cell phone:
TEXT the word ALERT to 22300 or visit
OneCallNow.com/TextAlerts. If you
are in Canada or a U.S. Territory, please text the word RESUME to 937-240-
0720. You’ll
then be enrolled to receive Text
Messages from LSPOA.

We will continue to post our
everyday Lido Shores communications
to our website at
www.lido-shores.com. We don’t anticipate using the One Call Now system as often,
but it’s nice to know it’s there for us to reach out to our neighborhood when
we need it most.
