Fikry "Fik" and Irene Isaac have been visiting Sarasota for nearly the past decade. And this year was going to be the same, until they bumped into Lido Shorian Howard Rooks, that is. The pair of physicians from New Jersey happened to sit down next to Howard at a local pub. Go figure.
They started chatting, one thing led to another, and the next day they were kicking the tires at 310 Morningside Drive, (the former Silvers home), which just happens to be next door to Howard. The lure of Lido Shores and the house on the bayou were too good to pass up.
On their most recent visit this month, the Isaac's hired a builder… and will soon start drawing up plans to build a new home. Congratulations and welcome to the neighborhood.

PS- Don't forget to come a little earlier to tonight's (Sunday December 15th) Sunset gathering for the first Lido Shores Bocce Tournament. The bocce balls will start rolling at 3:00 pm.
