City of Sarasota administration offices will be closed the following days during the 2013 holiday season:
- Tuesday, December 24, 2013 - in observance of Christmas Eve
- Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - in observance of Christmas Day
- Wednesday, January 1, 2014 - in observance of New Year’s Day
There will be no impact to garbage, recycling and yard waste collection.
Bobby Jones Golf Club is open every day and will host the 6th Annual Reindeer Games on Christmas Day. The rate for 18 holes with a riding cart is $26.75. Walk-ins are welcome. A buffet breakfast also will be offered at Bobby’s Clubhouse Restaurant for $9.95 with a Reindeer Games receipt. Please note: The golf complex will close at 11 am Christmas Day so staff can spend time with their families.
Lido Pool will be closed Christmas Day only.
The Robert L. Taylor Community Complex will be closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day with holiday hours on the following days:
- Monday, December 24: 6 am – 10 am
- Monday, December 31: 6 am – 1 pm
