This missive came in over the holiday weekend...and it finds our fearless neighbor's Diane Desenberg and Tom Mawn high in the treetops this summer. A tad bit ambitious perhaps, but then, this pair is not known to shirk from adventure. Take a peek and live vicariously!

Lots of updates to the Tree Summer blog. We climbed a seriously huge tree yesterday. We also went up to the mountain town of Boquete to check out the cloud forest. I joined one of the herpetology students for a journey into a cave to check out the bats.
