Lido Shorian Joan Reinebach Awarded Volunteer of the Year

Joan Reinebach, right, accepts Volunteer of the Year award in Orlando

Our congratulations to long-time Lido Shorian Joan Reinebach, who was recently awarded the 2022 Florida Health Care Association Adult Volunteer of Year.

Joan has been volunteering at the Pines of Sarasota for 13 years. She believes in the Pines mission to offer individuals a fulfilling life in a rehabilitation and senior care community. Each time she volunteers, she contributes to that mission.

According to a Pines of Sarasota news release:  "Not only does Joan's volunteering touch the lives of our residents through craft and gardening projects, she is also an excellent mentor to new incoming volunteers.

We are truly blessed to have Joan on our campus providing excellent volunteer service and enriching the lives of those she serves.  Congratulations to Joan.  She makes Pines a better place!"

Pines leadership including Donna Albano, Mike Ward, & David Anthony joined Joan in Orlando to celebrate this exciting accomplishment.

Over the years, Joan, and husband Larry, have been active in volunteering for numerous Lido Shores committees and activities as well.
