Longtime Neighbor and Realtor Andrew Vac Moves to RE/MAX

Often referred to as "The Mayor" of Lido Shores... heck, even Sarasota for that matter, Andrew Vac left our neighborhood at the end of 2019. He and partner Ramona Glanz, also a realtor, lived at 201 Morningside Drive for the better part of two-decades. Andrew just recently dissolved his Real Estate partnership with Daniel Matusiak and is now working at RE/MAX again.

Andrew also reports that the Wildstein home at 1219 Westway Drive is back on the market, with a new Realtor. It was listed for $7,995,000 from 10/11/2019 to 04/30/20 and went off market. It came back on market with a reduced list price of $7,495,000... a $500,000 drop.
