Long-term Canadian residents, Dan and Marg Mills, are selling 1252 Center Place.
According to Marg: "We bought in summer of 2009 and after a full renovation, moved in early 2010.
Becoming grandparents this summer, has us thinking about spending less time South. However, we definitely plan to spend a few months each year in SRQ, so we may very well end up renting back in the neighbourhood.

It’s been our great pleasure to get to know so many wonderful neighbours. Lido Shores is such a unique and special place, and we will truly miss seeing as much of you all...however, we haven’t sold yet, so saying goodbye might be a little premature."
The House has 3-bedrooms plus a den, 2-baths with a 2-car garage and pool.
