It's been a busy past few months in Lido Shores. Here are five-home sales and new neighbors to to tell you about.
In July, Kevin and Mary Berkebile sold their home at 1222 Center Place to Humphrey Shen, trustee, of Amstelveen, The Netherlands, for $1.15 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,273 square feet of living area. It was originally listed at $1.549 million. It was on the market for 311-days. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1998.
Also in July, Suzanne Roger sold her home at 1100 Westway Drive to Mark Flannagan and Tammy Wyman, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,654 square feet of living area. It was originally listed at $1.25- million and previously sold for $369,000 in 1999. It was on the market 66-days.
In April, Scott and Jill Ramsey sold their home at 1219 Westway Drive to Alan Wildstein and Ashley Pearce for $7-million. It was listed at $7.9-million. The Ramsey's purchased it for $6.35-million in January, 2013. The 5-bedroom, six bath, and two-half bath home with pool has 7,415 square feet of living space. Built in 2003, it originally sold back then for $13.2-million.
Also in April, Christine Buckley sold her home at 1345 Westway Drive to Rolf Sorg, for $5.2-million. Built in 2001, it has 4-bedrooms, 6-and-a-half baths and 5,305 square feet of living area. It was originally listed for $5.75-million. It sold after just 17-days on the market.
In June, Peggy Shannon sold her home at 1141 Center Place to Lido Acquisitions, LLC, owned by Kimberley Pelyk for $900,000. Kimberley and Carreiro Pelyk also own 1155 Center Place. Peggy Shannon purchased the house for $900,000 in 2016.
