Tuesday March 3rd Lido Shores Walking Audit

On Tuesday, March 3, 2015 the Urban Design Studio will hold a walking audit of the Lido Shores neighborhood. This audit is part of the City of Sarasota’s Form-Based-Code initiative. The goal of this planning process is to observe the metrics and character of our neighborhood as well as the existing walkability.

Residents and stakeholders are invited to participate in this 2-hour walking audit. Please meet in front of the Umbrella House, 1300 Westway Drive, at 9:30 am. The Urban Design Studio will give an overview of the initiative and gather information from residents. The information will be mapped and then used to make recommendations to the neighborhood and ultimately the City Commission for inclusion in the new code.

All neighbors are encouraged to participate and join the walk. Advance registration isn't necessary.
