As per our recent conversation, I reassured you all that we would keep you informed of all the burglaries taking place on the Island. On February 12, 2013 we had another burglary at 431 South Washington Drive The suspect entered the house by prying the rear sliding glass doors. The suspect went directly to the master bedroom and removed the jewelry and cash. The suspects are watching the homes and know when the homeowners are leaving. We believe the suspects are approaching by water but more than likely have surveillance on the street side.

We ask that you pass this email on to your members so that we can all work together to apprehend the perpetrators.

We want to reassure you that we are working on this problem and consider it a high priority. We have put together an operation and will be on the Island until we apprehend these people. We encourage your assistance in any way and if you see anything suspicious please call 911 immediately.

We also want to encourage you to keep any valuable property in a secure location.

This is my cell phone if you have any questions 809-3009.
