Lido Shores neighbor and Mote Marine Sea Turtle Conservation and Research Program Manager Buddy Powell sent a photo of a coyote in North Lido park taken by his friend Stu Wilson.
Stu reports that he spotted the coyote "this morning about 8:15 am on the main trail… I stared him down, he stared me down, and then he sauntered off."
Buddy said, "I don't think there's been a report of coyotes on Lido before, just thought folks might like to know."
Thanks Buddy and Stu for the heads up. Be careful out there Lido Shorians!
