According to LSPOA by-laws, a nominating committee consisting
of three Board Members and two non-Board Members shall be appointed each year
to identify a slate of candidates to stand for election to the Board at the
January Annual Meeting. Any current
LSPOA member may volunteer for one of the two non-board positions and will join
Board Members President Anne Essner, Bob Lifeso and Howard Rooks on the
committee. It is anticipated that the process will require two meetings:
- one to discuss names of prospective candidates and
- a second one to discuss feedback from candidate interviews and prepare the final slate.
